For managers, entrepreneurs, and aspiring leaders who know that the hardest decisions rarely have an obvious answer.
The aim: make leadership practice a daily habit, and give people a decision worth discussing.
Feel the pressure
The concept starts with a realistic leadership dilemma: people, safety, performance, reputation. Competing priorities. Thirty seconds to make your call.
Look beyond the answer
We’re designing a reflection on the trade-offs behind each choice. Player comparisons are planned only once enough responses have been collected.
Start the conversation
The planned shareable result card gives you a way to challenge a colleague, a friend, or your boss. Different answers can open up a useful discussion.
02 / A bigger perspective
One dilemma.
A whole team’s judgment.
The corporate path takes the same idea into leadership development: shared dilemmas that help managers examine their assumptions and discuss difficult calls together.
Private team challenges, discussion tools, and facilitated workshops are the direction we’re exploring. They are not available in the app yet.
