About Callwise

Callwise is building MAKE THE CALL, a leadership decision game built around one simple challenge: a realistic dilemma, competing priorities, and 30 seconds to make the call.

Our aim is to make leadership practice accessible and worth discussing. A decision is only the beginning: exploring trade-offs and hearing a colleague’s perspective can reveal what a quick answer misses.

The daily game, timer, result sharing, and player comparisons are in development. The corporate leadership-development path is designed around shared dilemmas and focused team conversations. Private challenges, discussion tools, and facilitated workshops are planned, not yet available in the app.
